As required by the relevant provisions of the Provisions of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone on the Administration of Trading in Bulk Commodities on Spot Markets in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (No. 595 [2014], Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce) and the Rules of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone on the Administration of Trading in Bulk Commodities on Spot Markets in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (for Trial Implementation) (No. 266 [2014], China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone), the Review Board of the Spot Markets of Bulk Commodities in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (“SHFTZ”) reviewed on December 25, 2014, and January 20 and 21, 2015, all the construction plans for spot markets of bulk commodities in SHFTZ submitted by the relevant entities. The construction plans for spot markets of bulk commodities in SHFTZ submitted by eight principal sponsors, Baosteel Resources Co., Ltd., Shanghai Metals Market Information Technology Co., Ltd., China Railway Materials Trade Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yitong Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., Shanghai Mysteel Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., Shanghai White Platinum & Silver Exchange Co., Ltd., Nanning (China-ASEAN) Commodity Exchange Co., Ltd., and Shangtex (Group) Co., Ltd., have passed the review. |
